Unless using a coupon code for free shipping, we implement a $5.00 shipping and handling charge for orders up to $50. Orders between $51 and $99 incur a $10.00 shipping and handling charge. All orders over $100 are shipped free! Sorry, we currently do not ship out side of the United States. If you would like international shipping consideration, please contact us.

Purchaser is responsible for shipping returns back to Diva-911.com. A replacement will be shipped to you free of charge, or we will issue a credit to your account (takes approximately 2-3 weeks). A credit will be made in the form of payment used for original purchase. Returned items must be post marked within 15 days of receipt. Store credit will be given if returned in new condition before 30 days of receipt.
