The Boutique was founded in October 2008 by Jaclyn (Jackie) Mitchell. Even though the recession was at its worst, Diva 911 soared against the odds and has gone through several expansions and reinvention since. In less than a year, Diva 911 was awarded runner up in the 2009 Best of Western Washington voting poll! Jackie has transformed a quaint gift shop in Lake Stevens, Washington to a place you can rely on to dress and accessorize for any occasion. Whether you’re going to a football game, night out with the girls, or relaxing by the fire with your favorite person, Diva 911 has you covered!

Don’t be fooled by the name though - as of October 2009, the boutique began carrying a men's line in the store called Dude 911. The boutique has a great variety of brand name apparel and accessories for men and is already proving to be successful! The website went through a major transformation and was re-launched in November 2009. It is owned and operated by Jackie's sister, Joanne (Jo) Bisquera. Currently, Diva-911.com is only carrying items for women, but stay tuned as a brother website is in the works!

The sisters bring a myriad of complimenting strengths and experience, but the major common denominator is the Love of Fashion! And together, we bring you our passion!
